Vegetable Supplement: 8G Essential Greens Booster

Nowadays, living a healthy lifestyle has become a mainstream and popular culture in big cities Human’s lifestyle evolves as human get educated.

Recently, I bumped into 8G Essential Greens Booster inside a department store. After checking it and see the list of the ingredients, I decided to buy and give it a try. It is retailed at $12.50 for 10 tablets. Each tablet only has nine calories.

According to 8G’s website, one tablet of 8G has:
As much vitamin C as contained in 5 oranges
As much vitamin B5 as contained in 20 cups of broccoli
As much Vitamin B3 as contained in 18 cups of carrots

On top of that, I personally find it is a great supplement for traveling as I find that is the time when I will lack of vegetables and fruits.

The supplement features eight greens:
– Spinach

– Aloe vera
