How About Shopping Cosmetics in the Ladies Room?

Shopping for beauty products has been getting so much more convenience in over a decade since the birth of e-commerce.

Tech companies continue to innovate. With the  current trend of AI (Artificial Intelligence) and AR (Augmented Reality), beauty consumers are definitely kept in mind to benefit from the technologies.

In February 2018, Alibaba B2C e-commerce platform Tmall partnered with brick and mortar mall in Hangzhou City, China to introduce what is called “Smart Ladies’ Room.”

According to Alizila.com, while waiting in line, women can use magic mirrors which is an augmented-reality-powered digital screen that  virtually allow women to try on and purchase beauty products.
