Just as being said practice makes perfect. Applying makeup does require practice, lots of practice. After all the purpose of makeup is to enhance & brighten your face.

In this post, I specifically would like to show you this clear and easy to understand Youtube tutorial by Marla Nyamdorj that show how to work on the eyes with hooded lid. I personally have this type of eye and been feel challenged to apply beautiful eyeshadow on.
